Basic Information
Name - Channel’s name given by user
Channel Type - The type of channel
Project - The project this channel associates to
Status - Status
Connection Status - Indicates whenever channel integration has been configured successfully
Facebook (when channel type = Facebook)
Instagram (when channel type = Instagram)
Twilio (when channel type = Twilio)
WhatsApp (when channel type = Whatsapp)
Remarks
Responses over a channel (automatic or manual) will be disabled if Channel’s status is not active.
