Connect with Facebook and manage your Facebook Page or Facebook Messenger.

Requirements

• Facebook Business Account

Setup Instruction

Select “Facebook” as Channel Type, then Click on “LOGIN WITH FACEBOOK” button

Login to with your Facebook account

Your Facebook business portfolio will be displayed, select the one that contains your Facebook Page

Select your Facebook Page

You will be shown the list of access required by the system

Click “Got It” to Complete the connection setup

Once completed, the name of the Facebook Page will be shown in the Page selector
