A Product is a physical item or service offered to customers. The system is able to utilize information entered into the Product to answer user enquiry and manage Shopping Cart content for the user.

Properties

Basic Information
- Category - User defined category for better management
- Inventory Controlled - System checks for availability during Order Creation (Requires Inventory Control Capability)
- Physical Product - If product is physical and requires physical delivery (Applicable only for Product Type = Normal)
- Pricing
  - Currency* - Currency the unit price is in (Requires Multi-Currency Capability)
  - Unit Price - Per item price
- Product Code - User defined product code for searching and management
- Project* - The project this product belongs to
- Type* - Booking, Normal or Staff Booking
- Status* - Product status
Dimensions (applicable if Physical Product is True)
- Length - in cm
- Width - in cm
- Height - in cm
- Weight - in kg
Content
- Description - Product description
- Name* - Product name
Booking (Applicable for Type = Booking or Staff Booking)
- Unit Duration* - Duration of a single booking in minutes
Assets - Product images or videos

Inventory Control

Requirements “Inventory Control Capability”

An additional Inventory (Normal Product) or Schedule (Booking Product) section is available when Inventory Controlled is set to True.

Item Inventory

For itemized inventory, user may track stock level for different locations.

Stock level can be updated by creating adjustments. Each adjustment consists of:

Amount - the amount to be adjusted, where negative amount represents reduction and positive amount represents replenishment
Remarks - the remarks describing the adjustment (optional)

Schedule Inventory

For Schedule, user specify the number of quota (quantity) available for certain time period.

From Date / To Date - The date period for this schedule entry to be effective (e.g. 1-Jan-2026 to 1-Jan-2027)
From Time* / To Time* - The time period for this schedule entry in 24 hours (e.g. 09:00 to 17:00)
Session Length - The duration for each session
Day of Week - The day of week this schedule entry to be effective (e.g. Only Weekday)
Quantity - The number of quota available for each session, undefined will be treated as unlimited quantity

Example 1 :

A group of 5 English lesson of 1 hour from 10am to 12nn for Weekdays.

Setting: From Time - 1000, To Time - 1200, Session Length - 60 Mins, Day of Week - Weekday, Quantity - 5

Information in Dimensions section will be used to calculate shipping charge
