Posting

A Posting is a post publish on a social media, such as Facebook, Instagram or Threads. A posting may consists of a combination of text, images and videos.

User may simultaneously publish the Posting to multiple Channels.

Posting allows user to monitor and manage comments and reactions from multiple posts within a consolidated view.

Properties

  • Basic Information

    • Name* - Ticket ID generated by system

    • Project* - The Project this Posting belongs to

    • Publish From Date - The date time system auto publish the Posting

    • Publish To Date - The date time system auto un-publish the Posting

    • Status*

      • DRAFT - Posting not yet ready

      • SCHEDULED - schedule for publishing

      • ACTIVE - Published

      • EXPIRED - taken down, after publish date

      • UNPUBLISHED - taken down manually

  • Content

    • Title* - Title of the Posting

    • Body - Textual content

    • Assets - Images or Videos (up to 256MB each)

  • Channels - The Channels to publish to

  • Comments - Comments retrieved from published posts

  • Analytics - Per channel reactions across time

Asset Format

  • Image - GIF, JPEG, PNG, WEBP

  • Video - MP4

Remarks

  • Once a Posting un-published, it cannot publish again.

  • Deleting a Posting will not automatically un-publish posts from its Channels. If this is intended, user should un-publish the Posting before deletion


Facebook Specific Requirements

  • Each Facebook post could contains at most 80 images, or 1 video


Instagram Specific Requirements

  • Each Instagram post could contains at most 20 images or videos

  • Images must have a dimension ratio between 0.8 and 1.91. For example, an image of size 1920 × 1080 has ratio of 1920 / 1080 = 1.78
