An Organisation contains information related to your company’s account, such as the subscription and related information, account payment and 3rd party integration.

Requirements

  • Access to Organisation Resource

Properties

  • Basic Information

    • Organisation Name* - Organisation’s name

    • Country* - Organisation’s location

    • Language* - Default language

    • Currency* - Default currency

    • Status*

      • Active

      • Archived

      • Disabled

      • Suspended

    • Subscription - Current subscription plan

  • Invoice Address - Address appear in invoice Socialogic issue to you, or Invoice you issue to Customer

  • Payment Method - Credit card registered for payment

  • Capabilities - The system capabilities your Organisation entitle to, under the current subscription

  • Quota - The quotas your Organisation entitle to, under the current subscription

  • Integration

    • Stripe - Integrate with your Stripe account for invoice issuance and collect payment from your customers

  • Subscription History - List of current and historical subscriptions

Actions

  • Terminate - Click to terminate subscription

Remarks

  • After termination, your Organisation can still access the system until the end of your current subscription
