Data Source

A Data Source allows user to business specific information to the system. These information will then use to answer Customer’s questions. For example:

• Opening hours

• Store locations

• Terms and conditions for warranty and refund

There are two types of Data Source

• Document - A Document consists of multiple entries, each could consider as a section of your document

• Item List - A list of items, each consists of a key and corresponding value

  • Name* - Name of the Data Source

  • Project - The Project this Data Source belongs

  • Status* - Status

  • Description - Description of the Data Source

  • Hints - User’s first name

• Entries - An information piece under this Data Source
