  • Invoice Address - Customer’s address appear on invoice

  • Shipping Address - Customer’s shipping address

  • Timezone - Customer’s local timezone

  • Country - Country located in

• Linked Channels - Showing the Channels associated with this customer

Remarks

• System generates a placeholder first and last name when customer communicates over a Channel for the first time. User may update with customer’s actual name.
